diameter up to 2-1/8 inches, (2)
has an area 2 inches long that is clear of obstructions (bolt heads, wires)
approx. 5 to 9 inches (mount is adjustable up-down) above the

Sierra, Tarheel (full sized models)
other brands of screwdriver antennas that
meet three three requirements listed above.
- 3/4" thick bottom section and heavy-duty weld with stainless steel hardware
that supports the antenna at two places - the base and about 8 inches about
the base with a heavy duty stainless steel V-clamp.

- HEAVY DUTY ANTENNA
INSULATION - we provide heavy duty, abrasion resistant, water
proof insulation that is thicker than what is used on some other brand mounts
around the upper support around the antenna mount. We selected EDPM as this is
semi-soft and therefore provides a secure "grip" for the V-clamp, as opposed
to hard plastics which would be "slippery" to the V-clamp.
- SLEEK LOOKING DESIGN
- sleek appearance that can be seen in our photos, whether in buffed bare
aluminum or any of our powder coated finishes.
- QUICK REMOVAL & "LAYBACK"
DESIGN - if you use a quick disconnect (not provided) you can
install or remove your antenna in about 20 seconds yet there are no hinges or
pins to rattle and potentially affect your SWR. If your antenna is mounted to
the back of your vehicle the base of the antenna can rest in the V-clamp at
about a 45 degree angle to get into your trunk, in about 20 seconds. Check out
VIDEO GALLERY (video illustrates the
layback and quick removal features).

tubing for RG58 size coaxial cable, shown in photos below). This is shown
below in a photo. -OR-
