The Kenwood TH-D74A is showing the way to even more capable and versatile amateur digital HTs. The model shown here made its maiden appearance at the 2016 Dayton Hamvention. This triband radio operates on the 144, 220 and 440 MHz bands. Supported modes include: DV / DV Fast data / FM / NFM / WFM / AM (receive). It is equipped with a built-in TNC (1200/9600) and provides APRS® (Automatic Packet/Position Reporting System) and there is an integrated GPS! It will also support D-Star with superior audio. It is Bluetooth compliant and supports microSD and Micro-USB. Receive frequency ranges include: 136-174, 216-260, 410-470 [A] and 0.1-524 [B] MHz.
